The ZeM – Brandenburg Center for Media Studies is a joint research facility of the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), the University of Applied Science Potsdam, the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF as well as the University of Potsdam and is funded directly by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture of the State of Brandenburg, Germany.
