Dr. Dennis Mischke
Dr. Dennis Mischke is scientific coordinator and head of the office of the “ADA Lovelace Center for Digital Humanities” at Freie Universität Berlin. His areas of work are digital literary studies, infrastructure studies, data and digital cultures as well as digital university didactics. After studying English / American Studies, Media Studies and Cognitive Science in Potsdam and Sydney, he did his doctorate in American Studies at the Ruhr University in Bochum. Subsequent post-doc positions as a research assistant at the Institute for Literary Studies (American Studies / Digital Humanities) at the University of Stuttgart and a DARIAH fellowship at the SUB-Göttingen. From 2018 to 2021 he was scientific coordinator of the “Network for Digital Humanities at the University of Potsdam”.
