Research interests

Cultural and Aesthetic Practices in the Digital Age, modes of media representation, Ecocinema and Storytelling, AI and Media.

Katrin von Kap-herr (Dr. phil.) teaches as an academic assistant in the co-operative study program European Media Studies at the University of Applied Sciences and the University of Potsdam. She also works at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF on the research project “Participation and Audiovisual Communication” of the alliance region 4.0. She graduated in Cultural Studies and Aesthetic Practice at the University of Hildesheim and holds a PhD in Media Studies from the University of Potsdam.
