The workshop is part of the research project “Border Values: Operational Relationships of Climate and Migration.”

It will bring together researchers, artists, and journalists/activists from across Europe to talk about topics related to digital and environmental media, platform studies, borders and migration as well as artistic research. The topics are derived from the research on the Callisto platform.

The structure of the workshop is less defined by individual papers and more by a collaborative discussion of material. It is organized around key terms derived from the Callisto platform and the research of the project thus far. Each participant received one key term and a set of connected hashtags as an invitation to develop their ideas coming from their own background and methodology.
